In the words of Tim Gunn

Good morning everyone! Hallelujah, it’s Friday, doing the happy dance and singing plus it’s Memorial Day weekend, so for me, its a long weekend! Well, I had a warbrobe malfunction this morning, the blouse I choose to wear with my black capris, wasn’t working, it just didn’t flatter me although it was very cute. So I channeled my inner Tim Gunn as he tells the designers on Project Runway make it work designers , so I did as instructed and tried on another one, that one didn’t work with the pants, on came another one which is the one I settled on. It’s a black batwing shirt with grey banding sround the sleeves. Lots of accessories today, large silver hoop earrings, black watch, silver and black bangles, long double strand necklace with filigree hearts and a silver ring. Black cage platforms complete the look. Didn’t take a pic because my camera is out of batteries and I was running late for work after fooling aound with outfit changes. My look is casual but polished for work and I am taking HRC Tatiana (Her Royal Cuteness for any new readers) for her annual cardiology appointment, so I always like to look presentable. Whisper a prayer for her that everything remains the same or better, please.

Have a wonderful Memorial Day weekend whether you are grilling and chillin in the yard or hanging out at someone else’s home or if you have to work that day.

Blessings!

About Minister of Style

I am a mom of 6, and a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ. I love fashion and always have but sometimes my vocation and my hobby clash. On this blog, I hope they can learn to co exist together. I also blog about my beautiful daughter, Tatiana who happens to have Down syndrome. She is the joy of my life and it is my prayer that people will come to know that people with Down syndrome are just that people first, the condition is secondary and should be treated as such.
