Blessed Friday to everyone! I am participating in Modly Chic, Friend Friday to get to know my fellow fashion bloggers better as well as have an opportunity to voice my opinion on a range of topics relating to fashion/style.
1. What new fashion trend are you looking forward to sporting this fall?
I have always been a fan of animal prints, leopard, zebra, giraffe, snakeskin….love it all, so I am glad that it is back in full force. I want to try out a camel and leopard print with red accessories. 
And those boots, in the words of Rachel Zoe….I DIE! ooh baby if only I were a rich girl instead of a poor minister.
2. Which item in your closet is most likely to be your go-to transition piece?
Tights, cardigans and blazers will be my saving grace. I don’t have a lot of clothes and most of my pieces are dresses. So I plan to layer in with cardigans and blazers with a scarf or two plus tights to keep me warm.
3. What item from last year are you looking forward to reinventing this fall?
Booties. I never really embraced them in the past, I just didn’t care for the way they looked however I have seen women rocking them seriously with all types of clothing and I am ready to give them a whirl.
4. What is your favorite part about this time of the year?
The leaves changing colors, the anticipation of something new, different and exciting on the brink of approaching (I still am in that Back to School way of thinking) and the reemergence of boots and tights!
5. Will you be attending any fashion events this fall?
I would love to attend the IFB Evolving Influence conference coming up but I am not sure if I can make it. Of course it goes without saying that I would be over the moon if I could attend Fashion Week in NYC, however that isn’t going to happen, so as for now I don’t see anything on the horizon but you never know.
